The Enabled Centre Launches Inclusive Holiday Club for Disabled Young People in Derby

The Enabled Centre, part of the Disability Direct family, is delighted to announce the launch of Bright Futures, a brand-new inclusive Holiday club designed specifically for young people with SEND.
Bright Futures aims to provide a safe, engaging and supportive environment for children and young adults with special educational needs and disabilities during school holidays. The club will offer a wide range of creative, physical, and sensory-based activities, helping to foster confidence, independence, and social interaction.
The programme is open to two age groups: 12–16 and 17–25 and is tailored to support individuals of all abilities.
Activities available include:
- Gardening
- Adaptive sports
- Arts and crafts
- Music sessions
- Sensory based
The Bright Futures club will operate during all school holidays, excluding Bank Holidays and the Christmas period. Sessions are available for both privately funded attendees and those accessing support through the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme.
Those eligible for the Holiday Activities and Food Programme scheme, please use your unique booking code to secure a free place via the local authority booking system.
