Bright Futures
Enabled Centre
A day centre for disabled adults to empower Independence Through Creativity, Skills and Community.
Plot 2 Plate
Allotments for disabled people, their families and carers. These are accessible to anyone who wants to grow and improve their mental health.
Poss+Abilities
PossAbilities is a dance and fitness group that runs sessions three times a week for disabled adults. This truly is a ‘whole group’ experience with coaches, peer coaches and members working together.
Hospital Discharge Support
As part of a contract with the NHS, we are providing transport home from hospital and up to 6 weeks of support to allow patients time to regain their independence and reduce re-admittance.
