We provide FREE confidential, one-to-one therapy for adults in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Whether you’re facing emotional distress, navigating life changes, or seeking personal growth, our experienced therapists are here to help you move forward.

Who Can Benefit?

Our therapy service is designed for disabled adults, their families and carers (18+) with full mental capacity who may be experiencing:

  • Anxiety & Panic – Find calm and manage worry.
  • Depression & Low Self-Esteem – Lift your mood and build confidence.
  • Relationship Issues – Improve communication and resolve conflict.
  • Trauma & Loss – Heal from the past and move forward.

Our Approach

We use an Integrative Therapy model, drawing from:

  • Person-Centred Therapy – You lead the way, we walk beside you.
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – Practical tools to challenge unhelpful thoughts.
  • Attachment Theory – Understanding how early relationships shape current patterns.
